The Red Cross team is the only emergency service working in drug war hotspot and cradle of traffickers, Culiacan, the capital of Sinaloa. They get to shoot-outs first and tend to the victims regardless of their allegiance. Most paramedics are under 21 years old. Our man Ioan went to meet them.
